Some interesting blogs…

Here are a few blogs I’ve found which deal with similar topics to my own:
Improvisation and the Classical Musician is a blog by cellist Eric Edberg. A large part of its content is from a book he’s writing on, well…improvisation and the classical musician! A lot of great sources and links here.
A Monk’s Musical Musings - written by a guitarist/composer known as Hucbald. A lot of interesting posts on composition, counterpoint and theory. He also has quite an affinity for redheads.
And last but definitely not least, Eric Barnhill has accumulated quite a collection of improvisations in the classical/romantic style on The Daily Improvisation. It’s nice to to hear somebody keeping this practice alive.

Gracias Ernesto!
I lived in Panama when I was a kid, from 1964 to 1967. My dad was a USAF pilot stationed at Howard AFB. I miss the deep sea fishing and water skiing on Gatun Lake!
Adios, mi hermano,
George
